Unique Brutalist Sterling and Pearl Pendant

Pendant has a 57.5mm drop and is 36mm wide. Pearl Is 5mm round. Weighs 17.3 grams. A true one-of-a-kind piece. Looks to be a pour of some type like an anthill style pour or something.
